Return Policy

All unused merchandise accompanied by the purchase receipt can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

We kindly request that you reach out to us before sending the item back, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please contact us at info@jolananyc.com for a pre-paid return label. 

Items must be returned in original condition. 

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt. 

Please note a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
